Ingredients:
2 1/4 bars butter
625g. refined sugar
2 tbsp. cake emulsifier
6 pcs. eggs, jumbo
750g. cake flour
3 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 3/4 cups milk
Procedure:
1. Sift together cake flour and baking powder. Set aside.
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add cake emulsifier and whole eggs one at a time. Continue beating until well blended.
4. Alternately add flour mixture and milk in four installments, starting and ending with the
flour mixture. Mix well.
5. Pour into the loaf pan in three equal parts.
6. Bake at 350 degree centigrade for 45 minutes to 1 hours.
7. Cool. Invert pans. Slice into desired thickness. Serve.
