Cheese Cupcake

(yield: 72pcs.)

Ingredients:

8 pcs. eggs
11/2 cups refined sugar
2 cans condensed milk
13/4 cups water
1/2 bar melted butter
1/2 cup corn oil
4 tbsp. cake emulsifier
1 kilo all-purpose flour
31/2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 bar cheese, grated
additional grated cheese for toppings

Procedure:

1. Sift all-purpose flour and baking powder together. Set aside.
2. Combine whole eggs, sugar, water, oil, condensed milk, butter and cake emulsifier. Add in
the flour mixture.
3. Beat at low speed for 1 minute. Continue beating for another 8 minutes until will blended and
volume has increased.
4. Add in grated cheese. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
5. Pour in lined muffin cups and top with grated cheese.
6. Bake at 325 degrees centigrade for 30-35 minutes or until done.
